Yoga-My favorite Sport
Hi, It is time to relax! Every week we have a busy schedule studying,preparing the homework all the time,but sometimes we need to have sport and relax our body. It is good for our healthy.So I introduce my favorite sport-hot yoga.I suppose you all know yoga,yoga is originally from India,but now it is so popular in the world.Yoga is not about how flexible you are, but about strengthening your body and spine in all directions.Yoga has many benefits.It can encourage weight reduction , it reduces stress ,helps in injury recovery , slows down the aging process and relaxes the body and mind.If you go to the gym office,you will have a lot of muscle.Yoga just relax your body.Yoga is another soft exercise.It offers the opportunity to bravely and compassionately face our limitations in order to realize our full potential. It can lead us to greater peace within ourselves. Furthermore for the hot yoga,you can practice in a heated room,sweating quite a bit,the stress and fat will be reduced through sweating.After finishing,you will feel so relax and will have taken out many impurities. In yoga class you not only see the female students but also male students who have strong muscles,it seems that they all give up gym and change over to this popular sport. So if you are looking for a new sport, I suggest you try yoga.It is a wonderful experience.when you try it,you will understand why it is myfavorite choice!

Hi Li! I was reading about this type of Yoga in my Thailand guide book, it sounds interesting.
